Mpire Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading company in the agriculture industry in Malaysia, is seeking a motivated and savvy Area Growth Specialist to join our team. We specialize in producing our own organic soil, fertilizer, and other agricultural products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, closing deals, and collecting payments. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of our products and services. The focus will be on identifying and attracting new customers, especially nurseries, fertilizer shops, and retail outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers in the retail sector, specifically in nurseries, retail stores, and fertilizer shops.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to refine business offerings.
  • Work towards achieving key performance goals set by the management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and distributors.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients and close deals.
  • Prepare progress reports for the Managing Director.
  • Handle client payment collection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Preferred).
  • Proficiency in Bahasa (Preferred).
  • Knowledge of the agriculture market.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
