Job Description

  • Responsible for individual sales target given by the Sales Manager
  • Responsible for the individual order intake target given by the Sales Manager
  • Assisting the sales team to achieve the overall annual sales and order intake target
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report on sales revenue, order intake and activities
  • Provide quarterly sales review report on results, objectives and strategy including business development, marketing and market intelligence
  • To frequently visit the customers for FIRM opportunities
  • Actively participate in technical discussion and commercial negotiation with the customers
  • Responsible for checking and ensuring that the offers prepared by the application team is fully optimized following the requirement of the customers and specifications
  • To work closely with the Sales Manager, Business Development and Marketing team in formulating the strategies and plans in order to secure projects with better margin for the company
  • Responsible for identifying the market and opportunities that is suitable for the company in terms of products, delivery and profitability
  • Maintaining and servicing existing key account customers
  • Close communication and follow up with agents, partners, EPCs and end users
  • Site visit when necessary
  • Supporting other departments during project execution
  • Customer oriented personality and diligent in following up on opportunities
  • Any other task / duty assigned by superior and the Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering field preferably in Electrical / Electronic
  • Candidates with Master or Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and marketing
  • Experience in O&G, Power Generation, EPCs and international environment will be an added advantage
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills
  • Well-versed in contractual terms and conditions
  • Willingness to travel across all ASIA countries
