Responsibilities:

  • Compile and file sales documents and customers information
  • Reparation of quotation and other sales correspondence.
  • Compile of customer enquiries.
  • Preparation of sales summary and other related analysis.
  • Provide efficient and excellent quality of sales support and administrative services to both sales & marketing team and customers.
  • Liaise and ensure effective communication with inter-department staff on sales order and production planning arrangement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above in any related field.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • With basic computer skill
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and hardworking with positive attitude.
  • Able to multi-task and handle detailed documentations and procedures.
