- Responsible for the capacity, productivity, and quality of all production line
- To evaluate processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials, conferring with equipment vendors (local and overseas)
- To improve manufacturing facilities by analyse and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
- Support development of new processes, equipment, and procedures to improve cycle time, quality, and assembly performance
- Responsible to plan and coordinate, execute, and monitor for machines installation and coordination with internal and external parties for production set up
- Responsible to master machines operation and basic programming (if applicable), and to conduct periodic training to internal production personnel (Production Operators / Production Supervisors, and Engineers) as and when required
- To coordinate with Production, R&D, QC, and related personnel for new process implementation or improvement
- To trouble shoot machine problems and root cause of failure during the new process implementation
- To work on shift / odd hours if necessary
