Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at VCR. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that communicate our brand's message and engage our audience. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams to produce a wide range of digital and print materials. Duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operation teams to develop and execute design concepts for various projects, including digital and print media.
  • Create visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertising, and other digital platforms.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.

Qualifications

  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, color, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Experience/Knowledge

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Experience in both digital and print design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience in F&B is highly desirable.
  • Experience with UX/UI design is a plus.
