Role Responsibilities

  • Advertising and promote of company’s products to create competitive advantages in the market industry.
  • Conducting market research to understand customer behaviour/preferences and competitor activity/status in order to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities for brand growth.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions through market research.
  • Developing and executing brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer/dealer loyalty and engagement.
  • Stay updated or ahead on industry trends, competitive activities and market conditions.
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to promote newly launched and existing products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine launch plans and tactics as needed.
  • Plan and manage brand marketing annual budget and expenditures.
  • Establish and maintain strong and good relations with vendors, suppliers, event organizer or related parties.
  • Organize, coordinate and execute marketing related event.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as company profile and marketing proposal required for marketing activities or events.
  • Collaborate with social media team members to align marketing planning with overall company goals and business objective.
  • Perform any other related duties, responsibilities, and/or ad-hoc task that may be assigned by Superior/Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or related certificate
  • At least 4 years of working experience in related field
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and work well in fast-paced environment
