SPM/Diploma/SKM or equivalent.
Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh grads also can apply
Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or vocational school training in air conditioning and refrigeration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an air-conditioner technician.
Knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, and Air Conditioning systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid GDL permit.

Responsibility

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems including electrical wiring, and controls.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with air conditioning systems and make necessary repairs.
Perform regular maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain the work that needs to be done and provide recommendations for future maintenance or repairs.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with air conditioning systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers.
