Job Responsibilities:

  • To lead the Sales team in a given area to build company’s brand and grow the business
  • To manage and achieve sales objectives set by the management
  • To monitor collections by medical representatives and manage bad debts.
  • To manage team product inventory.
  • To provide motivation and coaching to the medical representatives
  • To keep update to the management of other pharma companies activities and products.
  • To review monthly and YTD sales report and manage shortfalls of sales objectives.
  • To review products performance report and manage shortfalls of product objectives.

Requirements:

  • Basic Degree/Diploma either in Business or Management preferably with an MBA (majoring in Sales / Marketing) OR
  • Minimum STPM/SPM or equivalent with minimum 8 years sales experiences in pharmaceutical industry.
  • 8 years working experiences in sales medical field.
  • Proficiency in English with both oral and written skill.
  • Good in communication skill at all level.
  • Ability to develop new area of business and product development
