Job scope
- Actively source for new customers through various sources including digital marketing, websites, social media, Marketing Aim, etc., and provide sales services to new or existing customers.
- Actively promote loan packages and provide suitable loan package to new or existing customers including tele-sales to promote re-loan packages. Assist customers to sign on loan agreement upon loan confirmation, then submit full set of stamped loan agreements and other related documents step by step.
- Perform daily routine including checking of customers’ repayment amount during customers’ pay day.
- Filing and safe keeping of documents according to company standard procedure.
- Perform housekeeping for branch’s cleanliness.
- Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
- Perform data entry in system including: - Key in customer details and selected loan package for superior review and approval. - Update customers’ monthly salary information. - Upload bank-in slip, stamped loan agreement etc.
- Maintaining good communication with customers to grasp customer needs from time to from. Provide professional services to customers proactively, enthusiastically, satisfactory, and thoughtfully with a polite and timely manner.
- Response to customer enquiries on time including checking of customers’ salary information, account transactions, payments, withdrawal status etc.
- Provide services in assisting customers to dealing with their financial status including debt clearance, bank services etc. when required.
