R&D Senior Engineer - Control Hardware Design

Job Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Build: Lead the design and development of cutting-edge electronic and electrical hardware controllers, from initial concept through to mass production.
• Design Excellence: Craft and refine electronic circuits through detailed design, simulation, component selection, and schematic circuit drawing, including PCB layout.
• Collaborate and Create: Work closely with product development or technology teams to deliver top-quality products on time.
• Test and Ensure Quality: Conduct rigorous evaluations and testing to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
• Project Management: Coordinate design activities efficiently, managing timelines and resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Optimize and Solve: Address technical challenges with creative problem-solving to enhance design performance and reliability.
• Mentor and Develop: Guide and support junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development.

Job Requirements:

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
• Experience Required: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in electronic circuit design with experience in PCB layout and best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication and Attitude: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.
