  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Company financial reporting, general accounting, and finance matters. Provide financial and strategic business suggestions to the Management. To ensure proper & timely preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports for Management review.
  • Compiling monthly management reports to compare actual results against budgeted figures and analyzing variances with detailed explanations.
  • Manage the financial performance by developing forecasts and monitoring ongoing performance against plan. Fiduciary responsibility for the financial health of the organization. To review and monitor the monthly cash flow projection
  • Performing any additional duties as assigned by management
  • To prepare tax planning, tax incentives and liaison with the tax authorities on all business taxes.
  • Manage or oversee the relationship with external stakeholders such as independent auditors, tax officers, bankers and etc. To liaise with the external auditors and oversee the auditing procedures in mitigating risk and exposure by conducting periodic processes due diligence.
  • Assist in on obtaining projects financing with external consultant from GLCs banks and Commercial Banks.
  • Assess the performance of the Company and present to management committee of the Group for review. Manage matters relating to financial modelling & valuation including credit analysis, equity analysis among others to provide the management with credible business assumptions to support the process of determining the value of potential transaction.

Qualification:

  • Degree in Finance & Accounting, preferably CPA/ ACCA/CIMA/MIA.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring finance team
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices
