Maintenance Engineer (Alcohol Factory-Non Halal)

Incumbent reports to Maintenance HOD in Napex. He / She will be responsible for managing and monitoring the Factory Capex project timeline and budget, ensure timely project deliverables to stakeholders, this includes management and effective communication between stakeholders. He/she will act as the coordinator between factory and HQ, he/she should constantly update HQ on the progress to the factory on equipment status and maintenance schedule. He pay attention on understanding and hand-on to help technicians to resolve their machineries and equipment related technical issues.
Responsibilities and Duties
The incumbent responsible for project deliverables and monitoring timeline, maintenance of the factory facilities and supporting production team to do process improvement. He/she will responsible to draft all the SOP in the plant and seek alignment with HQ.
- Responsible for delivery success of assigned project.
- Work closely with internal stakeholder to ensure systems and procedures are compliance to the Organization’s Quality standards and Regulatory requirements.
- Sourcing for machinery/equipment/parts, conduct technical evaluation and submit propose for management review.
- Responsible for part inventory and preventive maintenance and system improvement
- Drive operational readiness to support development builds and trial manufacturing build. Conduct reviews and compile reports.
- Hand on in machineries and auxiliaries equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Any other ad hoc responsibility tasked by the reporting Manager / Senior Management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma and above / relevant Trade Certifications in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related experiences
- Prefer with experience in beverage manufacturing production processes.
- Minimum 3 years working experiences
