Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales affiliates to drive product promotion and execute the sales plan.
  • Key Account Management: Oversee and service major customer accounts, ensuring high sales performance in target markets.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics), Business Studies, or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Personal Traits: Highly motivated, solution-oriented, outgoing, and a team player.
