Executive, Accounts (Bursa Reporting)

You will be play an important role:

• Perform daily bursa reporting and perform entity reporting, Unrealised gain/loss & Interco by closing.
• To ensure data are accurate, complete, up-to-date records and also reports are always available in order to meet the requirements of management and to achieve the company objectives.
• Monitor interco ageing closely, liaise with treasury for interco settlements, no outstanding more than 90 days
• To support superiors in co-ordinating and retrieving the necessary documents for auditors and tax agents during audit by Inland Revenue Board, Unclaimed Money & Custom (local authorities) audits.
• To attend auditors and tax agents request on time.
• Assessing the SOPs efficiency and effectiveness and providing feedbacks on any changes or inefficiencies
• Proactively propose ideas for improvements in system, process and procedures through continuous learning, accessing the communications channel with experts, finance team and various stakeholders and participating in interaction during discussions, meetings, trainings, forums etc on the areas of responsibilities.

What you need to have?

• LCCI/Bachelor’s degree in Account/Finance/Business/Administration field
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently
• Enthusiastic, keen to learn, meticulous, mature, and able to work independently
• Problem solver mindset with proven abilities of solving commercial problems on day-to-day basis
• A team player who is self-motivated
• Candidate from audit firm background are encouraged to apply
