Job Description
• Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate of financial report and other related schedules.
• Responsible for general accounting, account receivable / payable, bank reconciliation, etc.
• Responsible for managing all financial transactions and funds, including daily branch closings, investments and customer payments to ensure the accuracy and security of financial operations.
• Prepare financial reports, year end closing management account and ensure deadlines are met.
• Reporting spending and budget.
• Monthly Profit & Loss reporting.
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
• Maintain and control all expenses and trade payable.
• Manage all credit note received.
• Perform bank transfer.
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, bankers etc.

Working hours:
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 6pm
5 Working day Per week
