Manufacturing / Process Engineer (SMT)

Job Scope:

• Responsible to write SOP, process control plan and conduct training.
• Responsible of production line balancing and BOM data accuracy.
• Responsible of the production tooling , fixture fabrication, periodic maintenance and verification.
• Participate in order/contract review, develop and validate new products and new process capabilities.
• Familiar in project management and quality tools such as DOE, SPC, FMEA and 8D.
• Ensure new product conforming to customer specification. Ensure manufacturing processes and capacity able to achieve quality, cost, output rate and production cycle time.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, collaborating with Quality Control.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years working experience in production environment preferably in Electrical/Electronic manufacturing preferred. （ SMT equipment/ SMT process development)
• Possess knowledge in planning and organizing production schedule through effective utilization of labour and plant capacity.
• Familiar in SMT and PCBA assembly machines.
