Creative Director
- Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding,
promotional campaigns, and marketing communications - Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers
- Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client
requirements - Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and
creative thinking
Content Director (Social Media)
- Social media content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and drives audience engagement
- Lead the creation and curation of high-quality, on-brand content across all social media platforms
- Analyze social media performance metrics, collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams
- Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting strategies, and performance analysis
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Copywriter & Analysis Sentiment
- Develop clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for a variety of channels
- Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor content to inform copywriting strategies
- Revise and edit content as needed, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines
- Updated with the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing analytics
- Optimize copy based on data-driven insights to increase engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of working experiences
- Strong understanding and strong analytical skills with experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines
