Job Responsibilities

Creative Director

  • Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding,
    promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
  • Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers
  • Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client
    requirements
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and
    creative thinking

Content Director (Social Media)

  • Social media content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and drives audience engagement
  • Lead the creation and curation of high-quality, on-brand content across all social media platforms
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams
  • Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting strategies, and performance analysis
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Copywriter & Analysis Sentiment

  • Develop clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for a variety of channels
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor content to inform copywriting strategies
  • Revise and edit content as needed, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines
  • Updated with the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing analytics
  • Optimize copy based on data-driven insights to increase engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of working experiences
  • Strong understanding and strong analytical skills with experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines
