Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the development, implementation, reviewing and maintenance of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance system (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Food Safety program, HACCP, GMP, Sanitation, etc.) and assistance in the evaluation of current and proposed system procedures.
  • Coordinate the daily quality operations at production and manage operations process and product quality, plant & personnel sanitation to ensure compliance to regulatory standards and requirements and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate to all regulatory, customer and third-party certification audits. Ensure prompt response to external audit (regulatory, customer, certification) findings and customer complaints, investigate the root cause, and propose effective action plan within the specific timeframe. Follow up and update management on the effectiveness of the action plan.
  • Working with all departments in the plant to drive continuous improvement of product safety and quality through food safety and quality plans, GMP control, process controls, risk management, quality requirements for materials supply, attention to process and specification.
  • Schedule and perform internal audits (all programs documented in Food Safety Manual and QMS) and external audit (customers & suppliers), evaluate the compliance to company Food Safety and Quality Management System.
  • Develop and plan relevant trainings program to improve team competency in new regulatory standard, customers’ requirements, skills & knowledge development.
  • Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Degree in Science / Food Science / Food Technology, or any related studies disciplines.
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity or food industry.
