  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
  • Provide and demonstrate the leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of the QESH Management System in the organisation.
  • Take accountability for the effectiveness of the QESH Management System.
  • Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health in the project.
  • Promote use of process approach, risk-based thinking and life cycle perspective in the organisation.
  • Promote customer focus and improvement in the organisation.
  • Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
  • Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.
  • Assist the Managing Director in the overall management and operations of the Company.
  • Support other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership in their areas of responsibilities.
  • Lead the project team in planning, implementation and successful completion of projects.
  • Monitor the conditions of contract and the smooth implementation/operations of all construction works.
  • Review project and quality, environmental and safety and health performance and profitability through efficient operation and financial controls.
  • Liaise and negotiate with client, relevant government and private bodies on technical matters relating to on-going projects encompassing issues on design, contracts/procurement of land and services/utilities.
  • Approve progress payment to subcontractors after verification by the Project Manager and Finance Manager.
  • Monitor and chart the career development of all technical and project staff which includes training, job assignment, performance appraisals, compensation, etc.
  • Approve all project expenditure for on-going projects of the company.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of Data Centre construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirement

  • A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Building/Civil Engineering/its equivalent preferably with MBA.
  • Minimum 20 years related working experience in Civil Construction Project Management.
  • Strong leadership qualities, resourceful, result-orientated and possess good managerial and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of Data Centre infrastructure, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Willing to relocate.
  • Work Location: Klang Valley, East Coast and North State.
