Job Description:

  • Lead the development and execution of the organization's business development strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion.
  • Drive new deals including the preparation of business proposals.
  • Manage a team of business development specialists.
  • Build and maintain key client relationships, including negotiations and contract management.
  • Develop and monitor sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the executive leadership team.

  • Mentor and develop business development staff.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree and relevant certifications highly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive business development or sales experience in retail industry, including managerial responsibilities.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, strategic thinking, excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Required to possess astute business acumen and analytical skills to conduct site surveys and assess potential conversion into a car park.
  • Candidate will be entitle for allowances and commissions.
  • Prefer those candidates who have transportation and willingness to travel daily.
