Job Description:
- Lead the development and execution of the organization's business development strategy.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion.
- Drive new deals including the preparation of business proposals.
- Manage a team of business development specialists.
- Build and maintain key client relationships, including negotiations and contract management.
- Develop and monitor sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive leadership team.
- Collaborate with senior management on overall business strategy.
- Mentor and develop business development staff.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree and relevant certifications highly preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive business development or sales experience in retail industry, including managerial responsibilities.
- Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, strategic thinking, excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to influence at the executive level.
- Required to possess astute business acumen and analytical skills to conduct site surveys and assess potential conversion into a car park.
- Candidate will be entitle for allowances and commissions.
- Prefer those candidates who have transportation and willingness to travel daily.
