Job Descriptions:

1. To provide administrative assistance to Business Division and this shall include checking and confirming itinerary and business traveling claims (following to the approved Office Guides)
2. Provide supports to Business Division staff members and managers for better department's communication and work arrangement.
3. Answering to Customers' phone call and inquiries, in the absence of Manager/ Sales Personnel.
4. Preparing business quotations and tender when required.
5. Upkeep data base of Company stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Office Management or Secretarial Studies.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in administration and clerical support.
  • Computer literate, possess good typing skills and accuracy of work.
  • Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and able to co-operate with others.
  • Able to communicate and write well in English.
