Job Description

  • Recruitment
    • Advertising, sourcing, screening according to the business requirements and candidates’ suitability.
    • PI Test and placement of potential candidates Primary for first interview for Associate 1 & 2.
    • Reference check – 2 per selected candidates.
    • Ensure proper HR documentation for new recruits, Offer Letters, confirmations acknowledgement and employment bond are completed in a timely manner.
    • Preparing pre-employment medical check-up letter.
    • Preparing salary structure for approval, information on new joiner respective department for email address, laptop, access card and parking card.
    • Closing SLA within 60 days from recruitment process commencement.

    2. Ensure all HR correspondence are completed timely ie. Confirmation, Probation Extension, etc. (Associate 1 & 2).

    3. Ensure personal files (Associate 1 & 2) are accurately maintained and updated on a regular basis.

    4. New joiners:

    • Onboarding 1 & 2
    • Insurance entry for Associate 1 & 2
    • HealthMetrics – data entry for Associate 1 & 2

    5. To assist on TNA, HRDF, training budget and training request for the whole Company.

    6. Ensure best practices, employment laws, company processes, HR policies and processes are complied.

    7. Good working knowledge of discipline and IR practices.

    8. HR & Admin SOPs yearly review and revision.

    9. Ensure proper HR documentation for new recruits, confirmations acknowledgement, training and employment bond are completed in a timely manner.

    10. Support in Employee Engagement activities as planned for each calendar year in accordance to the approved budget. Advisory role for committees organizing events under Staff Welfare budget.

    11. Support in Insurance claims processing and yearly renewal – monitor that this is done in a timely matter.

    12. To attend and support for Management Committee meetings minutes taking.

    13. Monthly update for Organization charts.

    14. MECA liaison and yearly renewal.

    15. Organize and conduct briefing for PEDP (Yearly appraisal).

    16. Organize and conduct briefing yearly Code of Conduct Briefing to all co-workers.

    17. To support on relevant areas in absence of Manager, HR.

    18. Understand on monthly and yearly statutory requirement (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF) and others such as Zakat and Tabung Haji.

    19. Daily-HR related operational & administrative works and as and when tasked.

    20. As and when required by the Department Head and Centre Manager for any unstated but relevant Ad-Hoc Task.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, Law, or any relevant HR Related qualifications.
    • Relevant training or courses from Malaysian Institute of Human Resources or any professional certificates from recognized learning institutions.
    • Possess at least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
