Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the factoring market, targeting small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Client Acquisition - Identify, approach, and close deals with new clients in need of invoice financing, while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
  • Marketing Management - Lead and execute marketing campaigns to promote factoring services, leveraging digital platforms, content marketing, and industry events.
  • Market Research - Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and stay ahead of competitors in the financial services industry.
  • Team Leadership - Supervise and mentor sales and marketing teams to meet performance goals, ensuring collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
  • Partnership Development - Foster relationships with industry partners, vendors, and referral networks to expand client outreach and business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification & Experience - Any related qualification is acceptable. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in factoring, financial services, or banking.
  • Industry Knowledge - Strong understanding of the factoring industry, including invoice purchasing, account receivables, and financial products.
  • Sales Skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
