Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of human resource related activities including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefits, employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development and employee retention.
  • Advise on all aspects of Human Resource including employment laws and best practices to the Management and employees.
  • Oversee the implementation of standard operating policies/work procedures for the Human Resource department.
  • Perform HR strategies to develop and retain talent and enhance employee engagement.
  • Establish strategic manpower planning plans to fulfill manpower needs including foreign workers and its related application matters.
  • Establish and implement remunerations and benefits to attract and retain employees.
  • Plan, develop and implement learning & development strategies which are aligned with corporate and business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource Management/Administration/Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years relevant working experience in HR, with at least 2 – 3 years in Managerial level.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Required writing & language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Full Time position.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline & commitment.
