  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job responsibilities;

  • Responsible for category operation planning in various channels, overseeing key category indicators such as GMV, profit, and inventory;
  • Manage the daily operation and maintenance of e-commerce platform stores, optimize store pages, and enhance user experience and conversion rates;
  • Handle the product lifecycle management of categories, analyze product sales data, monitor inventory replenishment plans, and ensure that product stock, inventory levels, and turnover rates are within reasonable ranges;
  • Understand platform rules and update policy requirements regularly, maintaining good communication with platform Account Managers (AMs);
  • Develop promotional arrangements tailored to category and platform sales cycles, actively initiate promotional plans utilizing platform resources, and ensure smooth execution of activities;
  • Select new products, create popular products, and summarize experiences for sharing and learning.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, at least 1 year of experience in retail or e-commerce industries, with product operation experience;
  • Deep understanding of consumer and market insights;
  • Possess data analysis skills, solid e-commerce fundamentals, and a results-oriented mindset; Good communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and a sense of responsibility;
  • International work background or experience in Southeast Asian e-commerce industries is preferred;
  • Fluent in Chinese, Malay, and English, with these languages serving as working languages is an advantage.
