  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Days/ Hours: Monday till Friday / 9 am till 6 pm

Basic Salary: Up to RM 12,000

Job Description:

  • Support company core web channels and responsible for co-shaping a delightful digital experience for nationwide users to discover products, solutions, and services from the website.
  • Drive business objectives through a well-reasoned strategy based on analytical insights.
  • Advocate for a digital-first customer experience in all aspects of managing the web deliveries in accordance with the product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with business users to both understand and anticipate their needs, converting them into product requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and provide recommendations on solutions that results in new or changed process, technology, business partners.
  • Define KPIs for all projects and evaluate the success of a project.
  • Responsible for the design, usability, quality and delivery of a capability or feature. Continuously evaluates risks and weighs trade-offs associated with each course of action.
  • Work closely with product marketing, value chain, UX lead, scrum master, tech lead and development teams to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release. Prioritize and design decisions and works to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle.
  • Stay well-informed of competitor trends, industry benchmarks and market movement that would impact your key deliverables.
  • Understands both the engineering and business side of the product release and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/IT/Science or related field.
  • 4 years of working experience as a web management & development process/web developer.
  • Excellent English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to implement mobile-first and effective web usability principles.
  • Knowledgeable/experience with the software development lifecycle using Agile concepts and principles, Adobe CMS (or similar CMS platforms), SEO principles, Google Analytics, HTML and UX/UI design principles for websites.
  • Proactive, problem solver with positive attitude and willing to collaborate with client and team members.
  • Adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment to align with business strategies/needs.
  • Able to start immediately is preferred.
