  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking for a professional and hotel customer-focused Operation Manager to oversee our hotel operations.

In this position, you will direct the day-to-day hotel operations and activities namely:

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Home Stay.
  • Manage and oversee the ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure the hotel fully complies with all relevant Government and Local
  • Authority Legislation relevant to the operation of the hotel as a business and employer.
  • Develop Sales Strategies and Marketing activities, conduct competitive analysis.
  • Able to develop and guide hotel departments SOP with department heads.
  • Ability to work independently and leadership skills, passionate about working.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as Operation Manager in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and software.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication
  • Able to work immediately.
  • Our resort is The Duyong Dream, located at Taman Desa Duyong, Melaka.
