Job Description
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the hospital’s online presence and promote our services.
- Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms, the hospital website, and other digital channels to engage with patients and the community.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the hospital's goals and objectives.
- Manage online reputation and patient engagement through digital platforms, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for health awareness events, screenings, and other hospital activities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Maintain consistency in all marketing materials and communications, reflecting the hospital’s brand and values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
