Job Responsibilities
- Training will be provided and good potential career advancement as assistant manager when you are ready.
- Support the team in managing some employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary cases, providing sound advice and resolution strategies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into reported cases and prepare detailed reports for management evaluation.
- Liaise with relevant departments and subsidiaries to support investigations and ensure consistency in handling employee issues.
- Guide disciplinary actions, counselling, and grievance handling in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct Domestic Inquiries (DIs) as necessary, ensuring fair and transparent proceedings.
- Develop and communicate HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee needs.
- Monitor and ensure the consistent application of company policies, SOPs, and regulations across the organization.
- Support the coordination and implementation of Industrial Relations (IR) training programs to enhance management and employee understanding of HR practices.
- Support industrial relations strategies to promote a positive and fair workplace environment.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with labour laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of any changes in legislation.
- Support the development and execution of strategies that align with both industrial relations and business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in HR related field
- Training and guidance will be provided
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Willing to travel (will move to new office in Bukit Raja by mid-2025), currently based in Petaling Jaya.
