This role involves collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project success.

Job Description:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site.
  • Monitor and manage construction schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams and engineers to maintain high-quality work.
  • Enforce and promote safety regulations and practices on site.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site personnel, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate the delivery and proper storage of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Prepare daily reports, work logs, and other necessary paperwork, and update the system as scheduled.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or architecture.
  • Strong experience in construction or related fields.
  • Immediate availability to start work.
