Job Description:
We are seeking a highly disciplined and responsible Service Manager to lead our after-sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a passion for challenges, and be dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in an automotive after-sales management role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Customer-centric thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP and VSS systems is an added advantage.
- Chinese speaker is an added advantage.
