Sales Admin Executive
Job Description:
- Coordinate and responsible for sales and customer service activities with customers from order receive to goods delivery.
- Enhance business relations with customers.
- Attend to all incoming enquires from customer in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with production department to ensure on time delivery as per the customer's enquires and request.
- Resolve complaints and order issues and communicate all request with customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Follow up on customer's payment.
- To undertake any other job and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- At least SPM / STPM /Diploma qualification.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in handling sales coordinator /sales admin executive position in the manufacturing industries.
- Multi-tasker, ability to work in fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Positive learning attitude.
- On-Job training would be provided to the fresh graduates.
- Working 5 ½ day with Saturday alternate off.
