Sales Admin Executive

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and responsible for sales and customer service activities with customers from order receive to goods delivery.
  • Enhance business relations with customers.
  • Attend to all incoming enquires from customer in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with production department to ensure on time delivery as per the customer's enquires and request.
  • Resolve complaints and order issues and communicate all request with customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  • Follow up on customer's payment.
  • To undertake any other job and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • At least SPM / STPM /Diploma qualification.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in handling sales coordinator /sales admin executive position in the manufacturing industries.
  • Multi-tasker, ability to work in fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Positive learning attitude.
  • On-Job training would be provided to the fresh graduates.
  • Working 5 ½ day with Saturday alternate off.
