Key Responsibilities:
Design Customized Training Programs: Create and implement individualized fitness plans that align with each client’s goals, fitness level, and medical background.
Conduct Fitness Assessments: Evaluate clients' physical fitness and progress through assessments and ongoing reviews.
Drive Sales and Client Retention: Engage new members, promote personal training packages, and maintain strong relationships to encourage client retention.
Deliver Expert Guidance: Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and basic nutrition to optimize their fitness journey.
Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure the gym environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, adhering to RFC GYM’s high standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer with a proven ability in sales and client management.
Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and CPR/AED certifications are required.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in selling personal training services and converting leads into clients.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Professionalism: High level of commitment, punctuality, and dedication to providing exceptional service.
