Responsibilities:
- Update Daily Sales & Financial Report
- Supervise and manage General Ledger Accounting functions –Standard Journal, Payroll reconciliation, Fixed Assets & Depreciation,Expenses Claims, Cash Book & Forex, Cost adjustment & GP, etc
- Prepare, review & analyze monthly financial statements(P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Assists in the preparation and analysis of the company’s budget report
- Liaise with company secretary, bank relationship managers & insurance agent
- Liaise & work with external auditors and tax agents to ensure correct and timely closing
- Prepare and assist with the developing audit & tax schedules for annual audit and tax return
- Prepare monthly overview report for COO
- Prepare monthly sales data & reports
- Reconcile and compile Sales Reports for consignment account
- Assist and participate in the company’s stock count activity
Requirements:
- The candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or other relevant accounting qualification.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of handling a complete set of accounts.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices with technical accounting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- IT skills Microsoft Office software and computerized accounting software.
