Responsibilities:

  • Update Daily Sales & Financial Report
  • Supervise and manage General Ledger Accounting functions –Standard Journal, Payroll reconciliation, Fixed Assets & Depreciation,Expenses Claims, Cash Book & Forex, Cost adjustment & GP, etc
  • Prepare, review & analyze monthly financial statements(P&L and Balance Sheet)
  • Assists in the preparation and analysis of the company’s budget report
  • Liaise with company secretary, bank relationship managers & insurance agent
  • Liaise & work with external auditors and tax agents to ensure correct and timely closing
  • Prepare and assist with the developing audit & tax schedules for annual audit and tax return
  • Prepare monthly overview report for COO
  • Prepare monthly sales data & reports
  • Reconcile and compile Sales Reports for consignment account
  • Assist and participate in the company’s stock count activity

Requirements:

  • The candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or other relevant accounting qualification.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of handling a complete set of accounts.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices with technical accounting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • IT skills Microsoft Office software and computerized accounting software.
