Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting the recruitment and selection, new hire orientation and exit process. process.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation of talents.
  • Conduct and manage the monthly full payroll computation and be familiar with local statutory requirements, including the employee benefits such as health insurance, medical, leave, and others.
  • Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations, if needed.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the administrative and basic accounting functions.
  • Handling the employee expenses and claims accordingly.
  • Coordinate for the client meetings, business communication and management travelling plan.
  • Assist the management to coordinate for daily office operation and ad hoc administrative matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience.
  • 4 years of Office Management/HR/Accounting experiences.
  • Excellent presentation skills, writing and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Hands on in payroll administration.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong and excited working in inclusive culture and strong team worker.
  • Responsive. efficient and effective in handling corporate office matters would be a plus.
