Job Descriptions:
- Handle full spectrum of human resource functions including arrangement for the employee onboard and offboarding process and handle employee relation matters.
- Planning, executing, & coordinating training to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills & knowledge to meet the business needs.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Implement various learning methods companywide.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Assist in daily HR and Admin operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experiences in manufacturing industry with learning & development function
- Knowledge & experiences in effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- People oriented and excellent communication & negotiation skills
