Job Descriptions:

  • Handle full spectrum of human resource functions including arrangement for the employee onboard and offboarding process and handle employee relation matters.
  • Planning, executing, & coordinating training to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills & knowledge to meet the business needs.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
  • Assist in daily HR and Admin operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years working experiences in manufacturing industry with learning & development function
  • Knowledge & experiences in effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • People oriented and excellent communication & negotiation skills
