Tasks & responsibilities
- To maintain the hostel facilities in proper working order include utilities.
- Inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary
- Control and record the operator in and out from hostel.
- Conduct routine site inspections (every 2 month) to identify and resolve problem with the facilities.
- Supervise the work of cleaning staff and ensure standards are maintained
- To ensure all new occupants fill the form before place a hostel to them.
- Ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and product usage conform to facility requirements.
- Ensure service activities observed the schedule through monitoring and validation action
- To control the stationery in department, including form and paper.
- To check photocopy machines usage.
- To validate usage and expenses for all TM and Maxis lines
- To liaise with local council on issued related to site administration
- To ensure facilities within the area of responsibilities of the Administration section such as lockers, toilets are in good condition.
To coordinate with necessary sections on maintenance, repairs and improvement
