Sales Executive (JB & Melaka)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct all sales activities (prospecting, servicing and retention) of customers’ base in assigned territory.
• Promotes and sells company’s products and services to customers.
• Handles customer’s enquiries and problems online & offline.
• Provide market intelligence and info to management.
• Work closely with operation and logistics team to ensure smooth implementation of trade activities.
• Achieve sales target and team KPIs as determined by Sales Manager.
• Location of work : Southern areas (JB/Melaka).
• Product selling : Personal Vehicle Lubricant (PVL).

Job requirement

• Min SPM or higher.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing, preferable B2B, and in the automotive related sector.
• Knowledge of personal computer is essential.
• Can work independently and responsible, pleasant and customer experience focused.
• Possess own transport and must be willing to travel extensively.
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the roles requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written.
