  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service (50%)

  • Travel and station in customer site – local, overseas, onshore or offshore to represent company to conduct installation supervision, testing and commissioning
  • Liaising with Project & System Design Department for all technical design, drawings / documents and commercial issues related to the site activities for the project
  • To troubleshoot, repair and making the various system functioning in accordance to design requirements, provide quality and timely support to customer technical, commercial, delivery, testing and commissioning enquiries.
  • Mark up changes during site activities and reporting back to Project & System Design Department to update the design drawings / documents, liaising with manufacturers and purchasing of materials etc in order to complete the assigned tasks
  • Writing service report and get approval from customer.

Project Management & Execution (40%)

  • Review Bill of Material from sales team, checking all the design specification compliance, requirement, rules and regulations.
  • Attend project kick-off meeting and clarify project issues.
  • Commercial and technical clarification with supplier.
  • Support project leader to on commercial, technical and delivery issues to ensure project delivery on time with good quality and within budget.
  • Prepare engineering design documentation and drawing according to project requirements.
  • Factory Acceptance Test with client and end user with successful completion.
  • Packing and delivery preparation.
  • Revise documents and drawings according to mark-up encountered during site testing & commissioning.

Reporting (10%)

  • Report the productivity hours and details site reports on tasks performed at sites for commercial billing purposes.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Telecommunication / Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / Mechatronics.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • A minimum 3 years of related working experience in Design and Testing in Telecommunication Systems, preferably for Onshore and Offshore Oil, Gas and Marine industries
  • In depth knowledge and experience in any of these systems: PAGA, Intercom, PABX, CCTV, LAN, VHF / UHF / GMDSS Radio, Navigation Aid, Radar, Satellite Communication, Entertainment and Environmental Monitoring.
  • Project design & service oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel and staying overseas, onshore and offshore for a period of up to 12 weeks.
  • Able to work independently in harsh environment, solving problems on the spot and meet job schedules.
