Your new role
As a Senior Warehouse Manager, you will oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations for various office and industrial solution goods. Your key responsibilities include optimising warehouse layouts, managing a team of warehouse staff, and implementing operational policies and procedures. You will ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment and oversee security operations. Safety is a top priority, and you will motivate and discipline staff to maintain a secure and productive work environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including logistics, transportation, and quality assurance, is essential to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience managing electric and electronic goods and office and industrial solutions.
• Closely liaise with manufacturing plants and coordinate shipments accordingly.
• Experienced in managing a high volume of inbound and outbound activity - across Peninsular Malaysia, and APAC.
• End-to-end B2B & B2C distribution experience.
• Process and system automation experience in warehouses
• Implement robust safety and security measures within the warehouse.
• Develop and lead safety for warehouse headcounts and conduct timely operational assessments.
