Role Description
• Knowledgeable in Renewable Energy, Solar PV Systems, Energy Efficiency, Automotive
• Design, build, and install solar energy systems
• Onsite planning and managing of installation teams
• Liaise with vendors in the procurement of components
• Work with the installer to complete and commission projects
• Contact point between the company and client during the construction stage
• Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing
needs and requirements.
• Hands-on implementation on site
• Manage the entire construction from pre- to post-construction and handover of the system
to the client
• Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget Identify any potential safety
risks within projects and put in place strategies to mitigate any risks
• Ensure all required Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements are met
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure the deadline is met and smooth delivery of the project completion
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills and Competencies
• Excellent communicator who can work independently, is resourceful and able to work
under minimum supervision
• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields
• 3-5 Years of experience in solar PV, M&E, and Construction
• Candidates with experience in solar project execution will be an advantage
• Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVsyst), AutoCAD, and construction modelling
software
• A team player who is results and customer-oriented, independent, creative, and passionate
about renewables
• Possesses own transport with valid driving license and can travel to the project location.
