  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Commercial Executive at Superb Impression Creationz Sdn Bhd. The Senior Commercial Executive will be responsible for managing commercial activities

Qualifications

  • Commercial Management and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in handling commercial activities and following up with clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent ability to create and maintain professional relationships
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to do Value Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CostX measurement tool
  • Having contract knowledge and able to do risk management
  • Able to create Bills of Quantities with description
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Having Interior Design Fit Out works experience
  • Having basic M&E knowledge in term of pricing
  • Proficiency in sourcing and procurement
  • Excellent leadership skill that able to lead a team
