SALES AND MARKETING:
Oversee the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
Prepare and manage budgets for the commercial development department.
Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Report on commercial activities and performance to senior management.
TEAM LEADERSHIP:
Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial development team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Ensure continuous professional development of team members.
