  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

7. To receive and process 'follow up' information about previous requests and reports and to update systems as appropriate.
8. To liaise with other departmental staff, partner organisations and external service providers
9. To be able to quickly identify situations requiring specialist information and direct customers appropriately
10. To provide general administrative support such as mailing, faxing, photocopying, information storage and printing.
11. Always perform timely performance evaluations and initiate appropriate action if needed
12. Letting the customer know the cause of the problem and resolving the same with adequate information and help.
13. Always choosing the best solution to solve a problem; rectifying, adjusting and also following up to ensure proper resolution.
