Job Summary
• Conduct and assist in data extraction from multiple sources, market research, and strategic projects
• Strategic partner and advisor to stakeholders especially business units
• Develop reports, presentations, and models with guidance

General Responsibilities
• Participate in corporate/strategic initiatives/projects and any ad hoc requests. (i.e. Competitor research, strategic blueprints, etc)
• Conduct business-specific research and analysis to identify opportunities and sub-optimal business performance.
• Development of Insights, Innovation ideas and proposals (including the identification of business opportunities)
• Conduct the compilation of charts, graphs, slides and present the findings in concise reports.
• Ensuring that reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner
• Extraction and processing of data into reports or presentations
• Own and maintain strategic dashboards (PowerBi)
• Assist in the strategic reporting process and selected report generations
• Becoming the strategic partner and advisor to assigned business units.
Functional skills and knowledge
• Proven ability to collect, analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
• Demonstrate analytical, root-cause analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills and tools
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
• Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint, PowerBi)
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related discipline
Work experience
• Minimum 2 years work experience
