  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

- To handle all conveyancing matters, including preparing SPA for projects, sub-sales, and loan agreements from beginning until the end.
- Draft and review correspondences, legal instruments and documents for developers, banks and other third parties.
- Advise clients on the buying or selling process, addressing legal issues, financial concerns, and contract details.
- Liaise with clients, including banks and government authorities.
- Attend client meetings and assist with the signing of documents as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by the firm from time to time.



Qualifications and Requirements:

- Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and called to the Malaysian Bar.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be added advantage).
- No experience are welcome to apply (Training & guidance will be provided).
- Able to work independently.
- Possessed own transportation.
