Waiter/Waitress

• To deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.
• To assist with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins.
• To serve drinks upon guests’ arrival.
• To ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature).
• To regularly check customers’ needs and take additional beverage orders or to refill water, as needed.
• To inform supervisor on any feedback or request received from customers.
• To remove dirty dishes and utensils.
• To polish and clean all the silverware, glassware and other equipment.
• To ensure families with young children get kids menus and special silverware sets.

REQUIREMENTS
• School leaver (PMR/SPM) or possess Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
• Experience as entry-level role in a restaurant is a great advantage.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Degree in hospitality is an added advantage.

• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Able to multi-task.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
• Highly self-motivated and customer-oriented.
