Job Responsibilities
- Prepare the best suitable Itinerary (a planned route or journey) as per client requirements.
- Handling company account group bookings.
- Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
- Handling customer sales inquiry & promoting tour packages. .
- Negotiating the best rates with hotels, airlines, suppliers, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants.
- Arranging and allocating flight seats, hotel rooms, and meals for customers and preparing the required lists or documents for hotels, airlines, suppliers, and restaurants before the tour.
- Assist in answering any questions from customers.
Job Requirement:
- Good in detail, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Ability to work independently
- Take ownership of tour and operation issues.
- Deliver excellent operations support and managed the needs of our customers.
- Customer communication skill is a must
