  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the best suitable Itinerary (a planned route or journey) as per client requirements.
  • Handling company account group bookings.
  • Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
  • Handling customer sales inquiry & promoting tour packages. .
  • Negotiating the best rates with hotels, airlines, suppliers, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants.
  • Arranging and allocating flight seats, hotel rooms, and meals for customers and preparing the required lists or documents for hotels, airlines, suppliers, and restaurants before the tour.
  • Assist in answering any questions from customers.

Job Requirement:

  • Good in detail, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Take ownership of tour and operation issues.
  • Deliver excellent operations support and managed the needs of our customers.
  • Customer communication skill is a must
