Job Description:

  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to trading accounts and platforms.
  • Assist customers with account setup, verification, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's trading platforms, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Ensure customer interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as IT, Compliance, and Risk Management to resolve complex customer issues.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Monthly rotational shifts: 8am to 5pm / 1pm to 10pm
  • No night shifts

Requirement:

  • Diploma, or bachelor's degree or higher, with excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking counterparts in China and Hong Kong.
  • Proficient in identifying, summarizing, and sharing problems, with a deep understanding of operational roles and a clear career plan.
  • Demonstrates strong learning ability, execution capability, and good stress tolerance.
  • Willing to work according to the given schedule (8am-5pm/ 1pm-10pm).
