  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing the Finance and Accounts Department, including providing support to other departments within the Group.
  • Handling routine/daily operation financial and accounting matters
  • Review and analyze all financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead the preparation, updating, and continuous improvement of the product costing system.
  • Prepare the group consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and present management accounts, financial reports, and ad-hoc analysis as required by the management.
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including liaising with external parties such as auditors, bankers, and tax agents.
  • Ensure timely submission of government statutory reports, including reports to MIDA, Custom Office, Bank Negara, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide guidance to finance team members on daily financial and administrative matters.
    Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the management.

    • What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Having an MIA certification and ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with other financial software is a plus.
  • Independent, mature, and able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel
